At Laiba Couture & Snuggle Story, every piece is made to order to ensure premium quality, a perfect fit and mindful production. As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any orders once placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or defective, a 360° unboxing video (showing the package being opened in one continuous shot) must be provided within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us verify the issue and provide the best possible resolution. Once reviewed, our customer care team will guide you through the exchange process at no extra cost.
Size Exchange & Alterations
If the size doesn’t fit as expected, we offer:

Shipping charges for sending the item back to us will be borne by the customer, while the altered/exchanged item will be shipped back free of cost.
Important Notes
- No returns or refunds are processed once an order is confirmed.
