1. Made-to-Order Policy

All products are made to order. Production begins only after an order is confirmed and payment is received. Please review your order carefully before checkout, as cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed.

2. No Return or Refund Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. For damaged or defective products, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Exchange & Alterations

Exchanges are only applicable in the case of:

  • Size Issues: Products can be exchanged for a different size (subject to availability) or altered for a better fit.

  • Damaged Items: Verified with a 360° unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Product Images & Colors

We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or fabric dye lots.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees [₹] and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full before order processing.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the product and location. Estimated timelines will be shared at checkout but are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
