1. Order Processing Time

  • All products are made to order to ensure quality and sustainability.

  • Processing usually takes 5–15 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • During peak seasons, festive periods, or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

  • Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders across India.

  • International shipping is available at an additional charge. You will have to place the order via WhatsApp at 9599856044.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If the delivery is not successful, the package will be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Delays & External Factors

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural events, courier issues, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • However, our team will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

7. Damaged Packages

  • If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon arrival, please record a 360° unboxing video before opening it and contact our customer service immediately.
